Lamb shanked are a wonderful base meat for winter stews and soups. The shank can be simmered with herbs and veggies to make an amazing healthful broth. 100% grass fed means you will have just the right amount of fat to make the broth silky, but not too much that will need to be skimmed.
Leg of lamb-bone in
leg of lamb is one of the best winter and fall roasts in my opinion. The lean, mild flavor of icelandic lamb shines in this roast. Slow cook and it will fall off the bone. 100% grass fed means it will be lean and juicy.
Lamb shoulder steaks
These steaks are a treat! They are cut thick, almost 2 inches, and have such a mild sweet flavor. Some say it is like beef, but better. Grilled, roasted, or fried these are amazing!
