These steaks are a treat! They are cut thick and have such a mild sweet flavor. Some say it is like beef, but better. Grilled, roasted, or fried these are amazing!
Lamb shoulder chops are excellent for marinated,slow cooking, and braising methods. They are often cooked in a slow, moist braise. In about 90 minutes they will be fork tender with great flavor. Shoulder chops contain more fat and connective tissue than other chops and respond well to slow cooking methods. The bone adds richness, flavor and nutrients. This is an economical cut preferred by many customers. 100% grass fed.
